CLC President Ken Georgetti has provided videotaped greetings to the 2011 United Way-Centraide National Conference in Calgary. Georgetti talks about labour's partnership with the United Way in helping individuals and communities. He says that individuals making workplace donations provide more than half of the total raised by the United Way.

Unions and other labour organizations also donate through special events and sponsorship. Watch the video for the entire message.
